Sales: Please choose carefully as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased during any of our sales.
Returns or exchanges are honoured up to 14 days from purchase.
Returns and exchanges can be made through our Returns Center. This can be accessed by scrolling to the bottom of this page and clicking 'Return Center' under the Customer Service section, or by clicking here.
Enter the email address and order number associated with your purchase and follow the returns process. If you have any issues with this process please contact ausupport@ilabb.com.
All item(s) must be unworn, contain the original tags and be returned in original condition. Underwear and socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
Underwear is unable to be returned. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
